ZapMitra has no accounts and nothing to log into. Everything you enter on this site - your profile details, your documents, the copies we cut to size for a form - is stored in this browser and used on this device. There is no upload button anywhere in the product, and no server that could receive one.

What never leaves your device

• Your profile: name, address, education, category, bank details, everything else you type once.
• Your documents: photographs, signatures, thumb impressions, certificates.
• The prepared files made from them.
• The form filler extension’s copy of the above, which lives in your browser and is sent nowhere.

The three things that do travel

None of them is a personal detail, but they are network traffic all the same, so each one is named here rather than waved away.

• Form requirements.The sizes and formats each form asks for come from our server, fetched one form at a time. This tells the server which form was opened; what goes into the boxes still never leaves.
• Mapping health reports.When the extension fills a portal, it reports how many boxes its mapping expected and how many were actually found there. Every name in the report comes from a mapping we published - never from anything typed or read off the page - and the page address is not included.
• Review outcomes.When somebody steps through a form box by box, we record what they said about each box: that it was right, that it was the wrong detail, or that their profile did not have it. The answer itself is a choice from our own list, never typed. Alongside it go two names for the box, so we can tell which box was meant: its id, which is what the form’s code calls it, and its label, which is what the form prints on screen. Long runs of digits are stripped from both first, in case a portal numbers its boxes per applicant. Nothing you typed into the form is sent, and no value from your profile. Filling everything at once, without stepping through, sends no review outcome.

The extension

The three things named above are everything the extension sends today. None of them carries a document, a profile detail, or anything you typed into a form. That part will not change. If we ever add something new, it will be named on this page and it will still carry none of those.

This website

The website may count visits and page views, to learn which pages people actually use and whether our advertising works. That may involve a cookie. No document and no profile detail is ever part of it.

We will never sell or share data.

Erasing everything

On this site, the clear-all control at the foot of the profile page permanently deletes your details from this browser, and tells the extension to forget its copy of your details and documents at the same time. In the extension itself, removing an entry from the popup deletes it, and uninstalling the extension destroys everything it stored with it.
